Professional Experience

At SS&C Blue Prism, my role revolves around leveraging my expertise to guide instructional designers in creating impactful training content and ensuring it stays relevant with product updates. My initiatives have significantly enhanced certification exams and learner engagement, with hands-on labs that complement training material, delivering impactful effective training to the customers in a global setup, and improving the Training and Enablement growth and community engagement.

At SRM Institute of Science and Technology, I focused on curriculum redesign, content development, and delivering extensive ILT sessions. My efforts streamlined course deployment, significantly reducing learner complaints and achieving high CSAT scores, reflecting my commitment to educational excellence.
